Am I really so angry because of feminism?

I’ve been a feminist for just under 2 years and honestly ever since then I am incredibly angry, angry at every display of sexism and misogyny, even the smallest ones. Am I just more aware of it now and therefore notice it more or have I been bottling up anger for 23 years and feminism gave me permission to be angry and am I just angry because of feminism or am I because of the patriarchy?
