Could Artifical General Intelligence shadowban most of crypto

Imagine that we have a highly advanced supercomputer that can track not only crypto wallets but virtually every transaction that occurs digitally. One could imagine how the super computer could not only shadowban crypto wallets but virtually any transaction that occurs digitally it could track who is sending and recieving the crypto wallet, what they're doing with the crypto wallet, virtually anything you do digitally gets captured by this highly advanced supercomputer.
