After centuries of being powerless, Jews seem to have lost their voice as a result of Trump.

I am an Israeli. I've been watching this sub for a while now. I also watched statements by Israeli officials, and mainstream media. What I find revolting, is most Israelis seem to be solely acting like puppets, to please Trump.

The latest statements by Israeli officials and mainstream media are ridiculous. Netanyahu himself said "Thank you, Donald Trump!", "This decision is the right one!" and other sycophantic statements. The mainstream media here in Israel praise Trump and treat his decision to pull out (even though it hasn't been officially cancelled) as a wise one.

Suddenly, thousands of people seem to have lost their voice. Trump won't let in refugees. "Thank you, Trump!" Trump doesn't want to move the US embassy back. "Thank you, Trump!" Trump is acting against the interests of Israel. "Thank you, Trump!"

It feels like we're all carrying a huge weight on our shoulders, and we can't get rid of it. No matter what Trump will do, we will thank him. It sickens me.

This decision is a terrible one. It will lead to bloodshed, and will make it even harder to reach a peace deal. Suddenly, we all seem to have lost our voice.
