LPT: If you are an athlete and are using cold showers, change your point of view

When I was younger I used to use cold showers, not just after a workout but for health. I thought that it was good to wake up in the morning, to improve immune system, etc. <br><br>Later on I realised that my body wasn't as flexible as it used to be. <br><br>I used to play tennis a lot and I could bend my leg behind my back (flexion), I could bend my arms behind my back and I could stretch my fingers out a lot. <br><br>Then I changed my point of view and I stopped using cold showers, instead I started using warm showers. <br><br>After a few days I noticed that I could bend my legs even more than I could before, my flexibility came back. <br><br>If you're using cold showers as an athlete, change your point of view and stop using them, instead use warm showers and your flexibility will come back after a few days.
