AITA for telling the girl who asked me for help after her boyfriend died to stop lying

I made a post yesterday and a girl commented saying that she also got into baking after her boyfriend passed away, she lost 100pounds and wants me to see her before and after picture. I don’t want to be mean but I’m sure this person is either a troll or someone who’s trying to get attention, I know for a fact she doesn’t know me in real life.<br> <br>There was someone else who commented saying that they know the girl personally and are happy to see her on the subreddit. She then brought up that she used to have a medical condition that made her gain weight and now she’s better, it was the reason she started baking and she met her boyfriend at the bakery he was courting her for a year but passed away 18months ago.
