If you are a dad, and much as I'd like to believe you too, stop this nonsense and report yourself to social services for committing child abuse.

You are sick. You are the much bigger villain if you go about committing incest this way on your own and much more vulnerable daughter IMO. If you are a victim, you deserve sympathy for any mental health issues you have, but expose yourself and get a mental health check done as well as soon as possible.
