App that tells you the price of a house based on the location/belongings

So I had an idea for an app that would tell you how much your new house would cost just based on what you tell the app about it.<br>Stuff like<br>- Location<br>- Size of the house/belongings<br>- The level of finish (ex: granite countertops, stainless appliances, etc.)<br>- Time period of the house (ex: 80s, 90s, 00s, etc.)<br><br>ex: One floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1 level basement with some modern upgrades, 1800 sq. ft.<br>Room 1: 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, modern appliances+countertops etc.<br>Room 2: 1 rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, modern appliances+countertops etc.<br>Room 3: 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, modern appliances+countertops etc.<br><br>The app tells you how much the house is worth based on many different things.<br>- The cost of the land<br>- The cost of the material<br>- The cost of labour<br>- The cost of upgrades<br><br>Anyways you get the point. I think it would be useful for a lot of people, and I want to know what you guys think.<br>I'm currently taking a class on app development and I'm pretty sure I can develop it with some different APIs and a lot of data.<br><br>Any feedback/buzz would be appreciated.
