My boyfriend doesn’t believe in using condoms anymore because he paid for my IUD

I am currently working in a job to save money to go to university. After my savings build up, I will be taking the money to pay for my tuition, books and living expenses but my boyfriend doesn’t want me to go to university. Since he doesn’t want me to go to university and was too lazy to break up with me, he decided to pay for my IUD so that I could continue working and paying bills. I thought that was extremely nice and generous of him, but he’s been acting really weird ever since. He hasn’t been using condoms anymore and doesn’t want to wear a condom even if I ask him to. He believes that I have no reason not to have sex with him without condoms anymore since he paid for my IUD and that he has been faithful for the entire 2 years that we’ve been together. I don’t feel comfortable having sex with no condoms, but I don’t to break up with him either.
