Does anyone else hate the word "shapeshifter"?

I feel like the term "shapeshifter" is a term created by the Matrix to throw us off of the fact that they're demons. Humans are just trying to figure out what the hell this entity is/want to use the word "demon" so the Matrix says, "Haha...you're not clever enough to know what I am. I'm a SHAPESHIFTER".<br><br>Edit: I watched the exorcist and it makes a lot more sense now. Shapeshifters are demons.
